What facilities are available?

Both apartments have; Wi-Fi, king size or super king (Tivoli apartment) sized beds, washing machine, drying rack, iron & ironing board, tv, dining table, cutlery, utensils and toiletries.

What makes the apartments serviced?

The apartments are fully furnished with all the typical furniture you'd find in a home. They're also fully equipped with everything you need to work, cook and live, from pots and pans to laundry baskets.

Is there parking?

A parking permit can be arranged if required on the nearest road 50m from the apartments. There is also free on street parking 200m from the apartments.

Where will I get the best price?

What is the maximum occupancy?

The apartments are limited to 2 people per apartment. On request we may allow a third person on the sofa bed in the living room.

What do I do if I have a problem during my stay or need advice on the local area?

Conveniently for you, the landlord lives in the top apartment and his neice, Suki lives on the 1st floor so we will be on hand to answer any queries you may have. Suki will be your point of contact during your stay and she will message you upon booking so you have a phone number should you need any support.

What is there to do nearby?

In the fashionable Suffolks, perfectly situated to explore Cheltenham & the Cotswolds. Popular coffee shops, classy restaurants, boutique shops and a local pub are all a stones throw away.

Are the apartments pet friendly?

No, unfortunately we do not allow pets in our apartments.

What is the cancellation policy?

If cancelling at least 21 days prior to your stay you will receive full refund. If cancelling between 7 and 21 days prior to your stay you will receive a 50% refund. If cancelling with less than 7 days notice no refund will be given. This is a better cancellation period than on any other platform where you must give 30 days notice for a full refund.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken 21 days prior to your stay or immediately if booking within 21 days of your stay.

Are the apartments in the same location?

Yes, both apartments are in the same block at 62 Suffolk Road. Our Superior apartment in on the ground floor and our standard apartment in on the first floor.

How do I access the apartments?

Shortly after booking you will be sent 2 access codes, the first one for the main entrance to the bulding and the second one for your apartment door itself.
